"Who is a Liar?" is a thoughtfully designed puzzle game that challenges players' logical reasoning skills. The game features a grid segmented into variously sized rectangular chambers, delineated by distinctive orange lines that follow the edges of the individual cells.

The core objective is to accurately determine the color of each cell—either black or white—based on a set of specific constraints. These constraints are as follows:

• Rule 1: Black cells may never be orthogonally adjacent; that is, they cannot share a side, although they may contact diagonally.
• Rule 2: All white cells must form a single, connected group, ensuring the white area is continuous throughout the grid.
• Rule 3: Numerical clues within each chamber specify the exact number of black cells present in their vicinity. Notably, each chamber contains only one such number.
